Let me introduce myself. I am Ghassan T. Maalouf, From Baalbek Lebanon, with more than 25 years of senior contracting and consultancy experience in the building construction industry. Leading and representing the company, I am accountable to the management board putting in place the administrative, operational and financial measures necessary for overall proper project planning and operations.

As general contractor and consultant, I am specialist in the areas of waterproofing, renovation, concrete repair & façade treatment, surface treatment, flooring, finishing works and I have developed special experience in scaffold, design, erection and dismantling.

With solid proven administrative and constructional skills, I’ve got practical expertise in translating direction into action, and mobilizing staff and team towards the realization of the company’s mission and vision – to deliver consistent level of performance.

Very humbly, I am highly accredited by the most prominent industrial giants and other national and international companies mainly Sika Near East and Sodamco-Weber, whom I work closely with, needless to mention the incredible number of grateful customers everywhere.
